How home cleaning pricing works
Home cleaning is booked by the hour and you only pay for the hours you book. No VAT added, so the price you see is the total. Your price depends on the four choices below, and the booking form shows the exact total before you pay.
Home size
Studio to 4+ bedrooms; the form suggests the right visit length for yours.
Hours and cleaners
Add an hour or a second cleaner for larger homes or extra tasks.

Most Dubai households that search for a part-time maid want the same thing: a reliable person who cleans the home well, on a schedule, without the paperwork, accommodation and sponsorship that live-in help involves. An hourly home cleaning service gives them that.
With LUMINA you book the hours you need, weekly or fortnightly, and a trained cleaner employed by us arrives with a checklist. If they are ill or on leave, we still send someone. You can rebook a cleaner who has visited you before, cancel free up to 12 hours ahead, and never deal with agency paperwork.

How much does home cleaning cost in Dubai?
Home cleaning is booked by the hour, so the price depends on how many hours and cleaners your home needs, whether you add cleaning supplies and whether you choose a one-off, weekly or fortnightly visit. Choose your home size in the booking form and you see the exact price before you pay. No VAT added, so the price you see is the total.
Who are your cleaners?
Our own full-time cleaners, trained by LUMINA to European standards. Every visit is done by our own team.
Do I need to provide cleaning supplies?
You can use your own products, or add cleaning supplies when you book and the team brings them. Any supplies charge is shown in the booking form before you pay.
How many hours of cleaning do I need?
As a guide: 1 hour for a studio, 2 hours for a 1-bedroom, 3 hours for a 2-bedroom, 2 hours with 2 cleaners for a 3-bedroom and 3 hours with 2 cleaners for 4 or more bedrooms. Book longer for a first visit or extra tasks.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many customers leave a key or access card with reception or a key safe. Add the arrangement to your booking notes and the cleaner will follow it.
Can I have the same cleaner every time?
Yes. You can rebook a cleaner who has visited you before, subject to their availability, and weekly or fortnightly plans keep the same routine.
When do you clean?
We clean every day, 09:00–18:00 (Dubai time). You can book from 10 hours to 28 days ahead.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
You pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay when you book, and a visit is confirmed once payment succeeds. Cancellation is free up to 12 hours before your visit.
Is an hourly cleaner better than hiring a part-time or live-in maid?
For most apartments and villas, yes. You get trained staff employed by LUMINA on a schedule that suits you, without accommodation or sponsorship costs, and you only pay for the hours you book.
